Privacy notice for companies we contact
We sometimes send one email to a company we think we can help. This notice explains, as Article 14 of the GDPR requires, which data we use for that and what you can do about it.

Which data we use
We only write to companies, at a general address such as info@ or office@. We do not write to named employees, to sole traders or to companies in the Netherlands.
For each company we keep its name, its general email address, its business address and information the company publishes on its own website, such as its sector and the services it offers.
Where it comes from
We take this data from the company's own public website. We consult the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO Open Data, FPS Economy) only to check the legal form and whether the company is still active (not bankrupt or in liquidation), so that we do not write to sole traders or to companies that no longer trade.
Why we use it
To send one business-to-business offer for our automation services, and to answer you if you reply. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in offering our services to companies that may benefit from them (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data to a minimum, and you can object at any time.
Who sees it
Only we do. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share it.
How long we keep it
If you do not reply, we delete the data 12 months after our email. If you object, we delete it straight away and keep only the email address on a suppression list, so that we never write to you again.
Your right to object
You can object at any time, free of charge. Every email we send contains a personal opt-out link that works immediately. You can also email us at the address above, and we add you to our suppression list.
You can also ask us for access to, correction or deletion of the data we hold about your company.
Complaints
If you think we do not handle the data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
